Dispute Resolution, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any person(s) / entity visiting, dealing or in any way associating in any capacity whatsoever with Calgiri Fashion Inc. Doing Business As “Giri Digital”(incorporated in British Columbia, Canada) agrees to and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, not with standing any other conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including their visit to the website www.giridigital.com), including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to such venue on the grounds of forum non conveniens or any other basis.
